Because leadership development is a continuous process, all volunteers are encouraged to participate in a variety of training opportunities to enhance their effectiveness as leaders and to enrich their own personal growth and development. Opportunities are provided in the Area by means of conferences, workshops, seminars, courses, Area Annual, District/Division/Area/Provincial training days.
