Advanced training, known as Trillium in Ontario, enables experienced volunteers to broaden their knowledge and understanding of Guiding. This includes the principles and philosophy, the Vision, Mission and Priciples, the fundamental principles of Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting, and the volunteers' commitment to the Promise and Law.

Content is determined by the experience, position and needs of the participants.

Upon completion of Stage 3, the AMBER Leadership Development pin is awarded.
