Whether you are new to Guiding or was once a Brownie, Guide, Pathfinder, Ranger, Cadet or have been a Guider before, we have a training for you.
You will find many opportunities to learn, to develop the skills you brought to Guiding, and to grow as a person. The Leadership Development Program is designed to develop and/or enhance leadership qualities for all adult members.
Each adult member is expected to participate in the program. Carried out locally, it is a National Program designed to further your knowledge and understanding of the Vision, Mission and Principles of Guiding, its Program for girls, methods and philosophy and the essential element of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts.
Although a progression is implied through Stages 1, 2, and 3, a participant may start at any stage, depending on previous leadership experience and/or training within Guiding or the community.
